Excellent Property Management Software
This software has given me one source of truth for all of my data for my business and allowed for real time reporting that is both current and historical.
PROSThis software allows me to track all components of my investment, from value to income to expenses to notes, etc. The ability to enter and show partial rent payments and total rent due is a great feature.
CONSOccasionally some bugs pop up, but the technical support team is very quick to respond and very quick to resolve the issues.

CONSHonestly not much not to like. Any concern or lack of functionality has been addressed and implemented by LandlordStudio’s staff!

Quick books was clearly not build for landlords, it became a chore to keep quickbooks work for me.

Allows our small business to be professional.
I'm pleased with Landlord software. It help me to stay organized in the car or in our home office.
PROSSeparates properties information and expensive to individual units. Also combines all properties cost tracking for overall company cost analysis.
CONSPlease add 1099 Misc capabilities to contractor expenses . That can be generated when expense reach the $$$ set point. Can Landlord export to Turbo Tax by property?

Game changer
So far so good. I’m enjoying the Accounting side of things
PROSI’m an Accountant so the income and expenses tracking in one app is amazing.
CONSNot really many cons just things that can be better in my eyes . For example ways to track subsidized payments along with the tenant portion. Getting funds quicker. Renters insurance for tenants through the portalAssigning maintenance to a vendor

An Invaluable Tool for Property Managers
Overall, my experience with Landlord Studio has been outstanding. The application has exceeded expectations. I've found it to be intuitive and has met all of my needs.
PROSLandlord Studio's UX is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Minimal training is needed to start using the application. I've found it to be an easy transition since I started using it. The customer/technical support has been extremely responsive. Often times responding in less than 30 minutes.
CONSNo major Landlord Studio cons. I would make a few minor enhancements to the report templates and add a few things to expense tracking (e.g. reimbursed vs non-reimbursed, paid vs not paid, etc.).
Reason for choosing Landlord Studio
The balance between functionality and cost was IMO the highest for Landlord Studio. As a relatively new start-up business, the more robust property management applications were overkill for my needs. As my company has grown, I've continued to increase and expand my usage Landlord Studio functionality.
